Careful Sourcing
We source Makhana directly from trusted farmers in the wetlands of Bihar, and Moringa leaves from verified farms — selecting only the best raw material at harvest.
Cleaning & Sorting
Raw material undergoes thorough cleaning to remove impurities, followed by mechanical and manual sorting to grade by size, colour, and quality.
Hygienic Processing
Processing is carried out in a clean, controlled environment. Moringa leaves are shade-dried and cold-milled to preserve nutrients. Makhana is roasted or supplied raw per customer specification.
Quality Inspection
Each batch is inspected for moisture content, colour, aroma, and purity before being approved for packaging. Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request.
Packaging & Dispatch
Products are packed in moisture-proof, food-grade packaging — bulk bags, retail packs, or custom private-label options — and dispatched with full documentation.
